Summary of Content

The Silicon Daze was originally published in the early 1980's by a group of artists who worked in computer animation in the greater New York City Area. This included MAGI, Digital Effects, New York Institute of Technology, independent artists and electronic musicians, and others.

The Silicon Daze was first resurrected as a Digital Art publication in the mid-nineties and introduced the internet to automatic poetry, HyperFiction, and digital magazine formats that at that time had yet to become mainstream fare.

This improbable and bodacious manifestation will attempt to once again redefine art in the digital space.
